A: All our Jam Tracks are available through the official music stores CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon mp3Google Play. etc.   Q: When will I get my backing tracks after I purchase them? A: The jam tracks are digital downloads, so you can use them immediately after you have bought them. Q: What audio file formats can I download from CD Baby? A: MP3-320 — According to ISO standards, MP3-320 is the highest bit-rate MP3 file that audio decoders are required to produce (though some encoders can create MP3s up to 640 kbit/s). Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: When you buy the tracks at CD Baby; Debit or Credit (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Check or Money Order in US Dollars, PayPal Q: Are there chord charts  available for your backing tracks? A: For most of our backing tracks are free available chord charts and chord diagrams. You will find the chord charts at the “Track Info”  and also on the top menu “Chord Charts” For some of the albums there are no chord charts available yet, we are working to provide soon all tracks with chord charts. Q: When I purchase a track does it automatically include the chord charts? A: Our tracks do not automatically come with chord charts. Any chord charts and chord diagrams that we have available can be found and downloaded on  the “Track Info” and on the top menu “Chord Charts” Q: I play the guitar.  How do I use your guitar backing tracks? A: As a guitarist, you can use our tracks to practice inventing and playing solos.  You can also use them to simply play guitar scales and riffs.  Given the repetitive nature of backing tracks, you'll will have plenty of chances to nail that riff each time the song cycles through the chord progression. The backing tracks are made for beginners as well as for professionals. Q: Can I video myself playing over your tracks and put it on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.? A: Yes, we encourage you to do that - it's a lot of fun. All we ask is that you mention: Backing Track by: http://www.jamtracksguitar.com in your post. Q: Can I use your backing tracks on my album? A: Purchasing our tracks gives you a license to practice and perform with the tracks only; there is no provision for recording yourself with the tracks for commercial purposes.
